Нус начинается мощный ре девелопмент целого сегмента в Квинсе. Кaк уже говорят в НЙ создаётся 4й даунтаун.
в основном он будет застроен квартирами для людей со СРЕДНИМ доходом.

снос всего подряд в Манхеттанвиле продолжается. там строят новый кампус Колумбийского университета. интересно, что следующее - строительно квартирный бум в Гарлеме. это ведь бесплатные проджекты (квартирные дома) для бедных в Гарлеме на горизонте

новый мост в СФ должен быть открыт в 2013 году. старый начнут тут же разбирать. что займёт годы по предварительным оценкам. башня моста полностью собрана раньше указанного срока. стройка обойдётся в 9 миллиардов когда её закончат
