I am confused! I thought Select had the last license for a hotel to be erected in the Marina? Even more confusing that it was delivered initially to Botanica.

Did the lorry driver get directions to deliver it to the plot next to the select plot? Could be the answer. Certainly hope they are not in control of this new hotel and the BC East tower is just being built out as "luxury 5 star" apartments.

The driver just parked there for few minutes , probably he just asked the exact location, this has nothiong with the Select, developer is the Buta In Group.

Still few hotel plots available in marina, next to Habtoor Grand, next to Silverene , etc.. the plot next to Infinity also has hotel permission..

Also the Marsa Tower and 2CDE can be hotel/Seviced apartments , we will see.

36 months is realistic for a build like this as long as DCE arent involved! That is a realistic time frame for a construction like this

I am expecting Select to metamorphose into a new company soon as their brand is ruined by their dreadful customer relations and bad reputation for investment business as they have bled everyone dry. Wondered if the "A" un BUTA was possibly Aslan as this is a relatively new investment company, seems not.
