i meant 40%booked. depend in which shoes you are, i would personally put the sale date on the day the contract is signed. but you are quite right Talassa, asking only 10% prior to transfer is a bit risky

visited showroom

most units face inward giant courtyard with swimming pools

but many face outwards to next door 20-floor President Condo Sukhumvit (under construction) northside and outwards to southside unblocked view (but the are tiny buildings on large land on southside which Im sure will give way to tall buildings in a few yrs)

a few units face eastward (inwards away from Sukhumvit Road)...these are probably the most quiet and unblocked for sure.

its B25,000 to reserve a unit;

roughly 5% payment when signing contract 10 days later;

roughly 7% in installment payments (divided into 15 monthly payments);

88% when transferring condo title (+sinking fund B500 psqm+condo maintenance fee B40 psqm per mo for one yr in advance+1% transfer fee at land office)

Ideo Mobi is right next to BTS Onnut and across street (ped bridge) from a Big C or Tesco

I think this is a great starter condo for students or beginners!!!

or if you need a hideout for poker, mai chong or other kind of parties

conveniently located 2 stops away from Ekkamai, 3 stops from Thonglor, 4 stops from Prompong, and 5 stops from Terminal 21 Asoke

sales people (and computer wall charts) indicate about 50% reserved/contract signed

No. Actually they are by different architects.
The Emporio designed by A49.
All the Ideo Mobi are from Design+Develop.
