Billboard on a public bus in Detroit
I was randomly looking at some pics I took some months ago, and I noticed that "POVERTY" sign on what it may seem a public bus on Jefferson Ave.
 I wonder if it's something related to an insurance company or whatever... could anybody give me some hints, please? Thanks
