FCM inicia obra de estrutura de betão armado em Luanda


FCM & LC - Construções Lda, informa que começou em Luanda a primeira fase de execução de um empreendimento de uso misto sob o regime de empreitada geral, que representa até à data o seu maior projeto de estruturas de betão armado no País.

O empreendimento denominado "Loanda Towers", é composto por uma área enterrada com 6 pisos, uma área comum com 3 pisos acima do solo, e duas torres de uso misto (habitação/escritórios/serviços) com 32 e 34 pisos, dos quais 26 e 28 se desenvolvem acima do solo. Estas torres desenvolvem-se a partir de um embasamento comum no piso 0, onde estão distribuídos os acessos entre os dois edifícios. Ambas se destacam a partir do piso 4, destinando-se uma para habitação e outra para escritórios.

O projeto de estruturas também esteve a cargo do Grupo FCM, caracterizando-se pelos seguintes valores de referência: 31.500m³ de betão, 5.000 ton. de aço e 135.000m² de cofragem, entre outros trabalhos de apoio de construção civil, além de outras especialidades ligadas aos trabalhos de execução de infraestruturas.

Localização mais provável... Tenho quase a certeza que se trata de facto deste projecto. Atenção: estou a me referir ao projecto de frente e não ao das 4 torres!

Skytrax, do you think that they plant these two towers - Loanda Towers so close to the four towers - Sky Residence?

Anyway, they are u/c...hopefully, someone will provide the pics soon.

Only at the pics it looks very near. But it isn't that close, actually.. 180m away (from Google Earth) isn't that bad.

Unless you think that 50000sqm is huge for a 5F shopping mall..

At present if that is really the area that we are talking about (what I still doubt), there is defintely only room for one tower and not two...I am not an engineer but this place leaves definitely only room for one tower. (as seen in the pic)...you cannot pack two towers in that small hole! Impossible

Look again on the space between the 2 buildings on the renders..

And remember these towers in Luanda? Yeah, the area of the project is 2 times smaller! Yet they manage to build 2 towers on that site..
