^ That one has a taller minaret but the rendering for this new masjid looks like a larger building overall.

It's hard to compare sizes. Most mosques in Somalia post-war look like commercial buildings with minarets, including this one. Masjidka Isbahaysiga actually looks like a traditional mosque and thus has a design that makes it hard to judge it by number of floors and such since it isn't divided that way. It really is hard to judge.
