Already bought a 1 bedroom unit here my unit is in tower A second floor facing amenities. According to my sales agent the future expansion will feature taller buildings.

According to my source, Kasa Luntian will only have 5-7 storeys. Low rise, low density. Very exclusive.

Yes in the first phase But in the second Phase it will have taller buildings. Para daw may view parin ang mga nasa likod. Well yun lang naman ang sinabi sa kin ng sales Agent ewan ko lang kung totoo ang sinasabi nya.

Yes, it's just 5-7 storeys. The place is 3.8 hectares. The .8 is for the future development. There will be restaurants near the condominium, Al fresco dining like what they did in Nuvali. Very beautiful project!

At least it has the Tagaytay countryside theme unlike the tacky and ugly Wind residence.

I agree... Wind Residences along with Cityland just ruined Tagaytay..

twin lakes is developed by megaworld i think partner sila ng geo estate. kasa luntian is by alveo. this is also their first foray in leisure development as well as ayala land inc, first development in tagaytay.
