Thats actually a really good price. I saw some units at 190k per sqm with some passed 200k at Pyne! Congrats!

they are just greeedy because they can, i just dont understand how the buyers (mostly thai in this case) r buying it, that drives the dvelopers to pay high prices for land and give the illusion of a rising market, but their margins are really high you can see in all the top 10 developers reports.

How can one actually buy in these prices from Sansiri especially when the product doesnt match the price...Sansiri are a pretty good middle market developer but they charge and brand their projects as Top of the market and luxury, but people from the market that should know the market are actually buying in these prices... its a syndrome in most market that foreigners buy in the high prices not the locals.

i dont get it...
