Los Angeles - United States

I think those 3 pictures pretty much sum it up.

LA has a nice skyline. If the inner-city wasn't so bad...

7/10

I like how it has a very dense built up downtown. Based on the design of the towers like the library tower and gas company tower I give it a 9/10. Without them 7.5/10.

for a city of that size the skyline is hilarious , much to small , needs many more towers to be impressive

This IS THE REAL L.A.!!!!!!!!!!

Yes this is the real Los Angeles shot,(this panorama is aprox. 17 miles in length) although this shot encompasses the (from right to left) Downtown, Mid/wilshire,Hollywood,Miricle mile,Beverly hills, Century city, Golden mile/Westwood, Brentwood, and Santa Monica area's

What is not visable, but significant, behind the Santa Monica mountains;
The Ventura blvd. corridor,North hollywood, Universal city, (with one of my favorite L.A. towers, 10 Univesal plaza, at 36 floors.) Burbank Media center, and way west, Warner center.

And on the same side of the hill, but behind this panorama,
The LAX, and El Segundo center,Long Beach, and harbor area,

Chicago and Los Angeles may have close to the same number of above 15 floor buildings, but in L.A., about 15 to 20% are above 500'and spread over a vast area.
Chicago, on the other hand is spread over a vast area also, but its tower development is more densely confined to the shoreline, and close to 60% of its buildings, are above 500'

I'm sure that without the CN tower and First Canadian Place, Toronto would also be a little crappy!

Anyways, I love L.A's skyline! At night, the library tower's crown just puts you in a deep ecstatic trance!

10/10!

X-Seed: Except that First Canadian Place is no where near as nice as the Library tower. Even with them Toronto is a little crappy.

LA like tokyo and london suffers from the problem of being massive so the skyscrapers arent in one place. the CBD of LA is impressive but thanks mostly to the library tower but as has already been mentioned that for a city so large its actually rather small. i give it 7.5.

Very nice, but for a city that large it needs to be BIGGER! 8.5/10 I've always really liked the Library Tower.
