Whats this with Calatrava for Valencia anyway, the city is eventually turing into Calatravia City already.

I am blown away by these projects! Calatrava my fav! Love his BCE Place in Toronto.
Are his projects being financed privately or is the government putting up the money?
Will the 3 towers be all commercial or mixed with residencial? I would love to live there!

The City of Arts and Sciencies is being constructed with local funds, just the Opera House (still in works) is suposed to cost 250 million euros, and the entire complex 600 million euros.

The 3 Calatrava towers will be built by private investors, the local goverment (owner of the plot) will auction the ground this year. The three tower would have a mixed use: residential (mainly), a hotel and offices.
