my god Greenock is a depressing dump, the town centre has got to be one of the ugliest places in Scotland. The west end is nice though. I'll just stick to Gourock I think!

I think credit must surely be given to Be_happy for finding possibly the only photograph of Greenock that is not dominated by the "favelas" on the hillsides.
![]() The Paisley photos look good. |

What's the best way to do it, create a photobucket account and link to them?

Yeah create a photobucket account - it'll even create the IMG tags you need to put images onto this forum with. Alternatively, if you cant be arsed making an account, use www.************ - all you need to do is upload the pictures and copy and paste the link. But the problem with tinypic is that the links die after a while, where as Photobuckets links are permanent. It's up to you

'I think credit must surely be given to Be_happy for finding possibly the only photograph of Greenock that is not dominated by the "favelas" on the hillsides'
lol A LOT is happening in Greenock at the moment though, I was just driving through it today and hadnt realised just how many new developments are springing up, notably the docks at Cartsdyke. Pity the town centre is still a dump though, they should really be trying to spruce that up before building fancy flats IMO. One thing that is nice about Greenock actually (and probably the only thing) is the West end and The Town Halls...okay thats 2 things...
