This is my region - Wiorkowo. It based on modify San Francisco region.

Now i want to built this big city in yellow

Wiorkowo:
Residential pop: 686 000
Comercial pop: 414 000
Industrial pop: 159 000.
But cities on this riverside are minor. The major city will be on the left coast of region.

So, Wiorkowo has now 950 000 Sims. Here you are some pics from region and my new city Pogodno.
Transport and region overview.

Small Manhattan, City Hall and government buildings.

Old Town.

Industrial-supermarket district.

And something for Cifa (he likes my ghettos).

Next update will be... I don't know when because i haven't many time now
