Hasn't Waterview been at 50% sales longer than Trump has been at 70% sales?

Here are some photos of the site that I took on Tuesday. As you may know, they are now doing soil testing on the site. But they aren't only testing the soil, but they also have to core into the bedrock for beween 10 and 15 of the caissons for this building. For the rock ones, the soil testers are going down about 150'. They are testing the stability and hardness of the rock. It takes about 2 days per hole.

WATERVIEW TOWER MONTHLY UPDATE 11/04/05
I just called the sales center and things have progressed nicely since the announcement of Shangri-La -Currenty they are in the lower 60's% when it comes to units sold, and I mean signed contracts. There are others very near to signing. I know that the numbers have increased quite abit since August, but I think that buyers were just holding out to see what company would be running the hotel. -About 5% of the hotel-condos have been sold in the month since the announcement. So that's roughly 10 of the units. -I don't know what's happening with the permits. -We will probably see potholing begin within the next month or month and a half. I wouldn't worry about anything though. Things are falling into place nicely. These things just take time, and we all have to be patient. |

I received my revised purchase/disclosure papers that are required due to the change in use of the lower floors from office to Hotel and ....surprise!! I used to be on 36 and I am now on 40! It's all good. Things are moving in the right direction.

Yep. You can call me Mr. Jefferson! Maybe they'll slip something else in on those lower floors and we'll go even higher!

Those pics are so cool. Most people would pass by and say WTF is going on there.
The pics document the earliest stage of a buildings life. It's like the sperm drilling into the egg at this point. ^ was that a weird analogy? |

^Weird, yes, but somehow oddly appropriate.
