Project : Dorat Al-Fintas
Location : Fintas Devoleper : Alargan Project overview : This project is located on approximately 8,000 square meter of land and overlooks the Ogaila Beach. It consist of a 20 storey building with 88 duplex apartments and 5 pent houses on the top floor, each with a private swimming pool. The project also includes separated duplex compound and villas. Ameneties include children playground, a central satellite system, 24-hour security, and a basement car park.

skoulikimou this project is under-construction, with 4 cranes towering over the site
 The cost of the apartments are from 80,000 to 110,000 KD large renders coming soon with the site updates

... especially as represented by Pieter Brueghel the Elder.
It is certainly revolutionizing land-use concepts. But this is what developers must build to make money considering today's land and construction prices. I see tremendous density here. I am overwhelming iconic, monolithic statement. Another pigeon-hole project? I guess it's what sells. Beach-front property is in high demand, I commend the developers for the idea, it will surely prosper. |

UPDATE 19/11/06 the fenced site on the left is for another project.... no info board yet     a took some pics of the site

a guy working for alargan company,, yes the penthouse is amazing and its a duplex with an amazing view to the gulf from fantas,, the location is not that far or that close
