Israel costs us tax payers a lot of money , I rather see that money spent on Katrina victims then bombs which are dropped on innocent people , we should adopt a fair policy in the Middle East and stop it with the double standards.

Yes, each Israeli gets about the equivalent of $800 a year from the US govt. American citizens don't even get that much!

Washington DC is Israeli-occupied territory. Ask any of your sellout, corrupt congressmen or senator who runs things, everyone knows AIPAC does, the Israel lobby. They have a stranglehold over our government. And they're selling out America faster than hotcakes. That's why Americans were fooled into the Iraq war, we're still stuck there. We're dying for Israel's aggressions.

And they're no good friend either, their record on human rights is abysmal, our reputation is tainted by being associated with them.

But the media machine goes on and on... the general American populace is still too blind to wake up. Israel is NO FRIEND.

Yes I agree with everything you said . When those planes crashed into the twin tower buildings a lot of American kept asking why do they hate us? I knew why and I hoped that people would begin to know too but sadly that’s not the case. Our money keep going to the Israelis and most of us don’t even know it , its time to clean up cities like Baltimore , New Orleans , Detroit , with the money we are sending Israel you know how many homeless people we could get off the streets, how many new schools we can open.

Well this thread is proof enough that the US people are divided about this issue which i am thankful for,cause not all Americans are brainwashed by their media.

I dont see how Israel is an ally when it spies on the US and costs it billions of dollars per year and does nothing but get it into trouble in the ME along with having to control their dirty politicians.

About 40% are not ware at all that other countries in the world exist. The USA is the world to them. They wouldn't know much about Israel, and frankly they wouldn't matter much. These people are typical not educated, poor or lower middle class and since the govt. is controlled by rich special interest groups, their voice doesn't count. But most don't have strong opinions anyways about the Middle East except the evil Arabs are trying to get us, so it doesn't matter.

About 5% are aware that US policy is fucked up and thinks the US needs to balance it.

About 5% or less realizes that US policy is fucked up precisely because the govt and media is controlled by AIPAC, the Israel lobby and their ally the Christian Zionist fundamentalists. Are you serious? CNN is completely biased for Israel like other US media. Of course they report that Israel has killed civilians because guess what? Israel HAS MURDERED civilians, hundreds of them.

But then they twist it and they tell you that Israel killed civilians BECAUSE the Hezbollah were hiding with the civilians. So then Americans think that Israel wouldn't do that on purpose and in the end, it's Hezbollah's fault.

Do you even know why Hezbollah exists? They were a resistance group that formed out of Israel's brutal occupation of Lebanon more than 25 years ago. Hezbollah IS the people of Lebanon, they have mass support. If your home and your family were killed by a foreign army, wouldn't you pick up a gun to defend youself? Of course if you did, Israel and the US govt. would just call you a terrorist.

The Media is pro-Israeli , that the truth . Why do guys like Bill Orily and Chris Tucker always have a pro-Israeli stance ?
