Got this from SSP. Hope it really goes through this time unlike the world empire towers (they were but ugly anyway so doesn't matter but this design is great!).

Holy shit. There were rumors of a 1000 foot office tower for the CBD, but I never thought it would happen. On the other hand, I am skeptical. EWT debuted with so much fanfare but went nowhere, and not just b/c of the FAA, and we still don't really know if the Met 3 tower will become a reality. But I digress....

I'm going to Miami in 10 days! This is amazing for this city, Miami is on FIRE! I'm serious, Miami is the booming city of North America and the United States, in my opinion, Miami and Panama City two beach cities are fighting for the largest booming city in the America's.

The first couple of versions of the building were by Kobi Karp (the same architect as Empire World Towers) but I do not know if this most latest version is his or not. This project is still pretty early on in the development phase so I guess more details are to come.

WOW! Very Nice. But I doubt it will get built. I tuly hope it does but you never know. Always the great visions get cut. And as for the Met 3, that better get built. I live DT and they have started the foundation for the second MET. I think they will Build MET 3.

Let me ask this... Why is it that the FAA give Miami such a hard time? I have flown over DT so many times and we never get any where close to the Four Seasons.
