nice job man. The city is growing buildings like weeds. I love it. 340? on park looks great in the 4th to last pic btw.

It's safe to say no piece of property in Streeterville is immune from high rise construction. It's exciting, but the density is becoming mind boggling!

I'm most excited about 600 N Fairbanks now. The Streeter came out really well (tower, garage, and landscaping) so I can't wait for phase II.
