Queen Street: Cardiff
In my opinion one of the best shopping streets in the country. Queen Street has recently been completely overhauled with new paving and street furniture as well as new and refurbished buildings.
Here are some pics by me, enjoy: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() That's all for now.

The old buildings give it so much character, and as theyre well painted, dont look grimy like you see in some European cities. Historically hip.
Are you using your new camera? |

Yeah, all the ones I've put up so far are taken with my EOS 20D.
"Historically hip" lol, I like it!

The only problem with Queen St is the new paving is really bloody slippy if its wet.

I didn't notice that when I was in town yesterday. Seemed fine to me and it was tipping down.

Lol, ok. Will add more soon once this incessant rain finally stops and I have the chance to go back and take more shots.

Well i dont know when the Manchester one was opened, but when the Cardiff one opened last year? it was in the paper that it was the biggest, we also had the biggest Dixons for a while, but they closed it down - what is it now? Zara etc?
isnt the toys r us in the bay supposed to be the largest in Europe?
