Former design: SOM's, 398m, 98 floors.

This is the main project of Jialing Tiandi masterplan. Minor towers are already u/c.
Main tower is being started within 2007 as it was announced by Chongqing mayor.

I'll post updates later if I find the pics.

There's already a tower in Chongqing alike the shape of Jialin fanying,and the tower you posted looks like something cheap.

Again,I don't think the design was decided.

well,its SOM,they r not foster,not pederson,not jean nouvel,no mater how high the projects r ,they all look pretty much the same way of style,this is so called style classique

It's ok. I mean not spectacular, but not too bad either. At least it is tall. Why not make it 100 stories or 400 meters ?

Good to hear it's gonna go up soon. I like it's simplistic design, does anyone have a figure as to how heavy the mass (or tuned) damper(s) will be, since the wider face will experience quite a lot of wind stress.
