great, what is the use of tower? units? office?
what is roof height? am i right in saying the spire is still lower then one canadian place antenna? |

DAmn, this building is beautiful. You could even say from the side it evokes the GE building in NY, with its staggering and such. annnd it changes appearance from different angles. congrats toronto

This Trump building is fairly nice.....if u dont count the quail like crown with its "Petronas spire".....and already been done in NYC...concrete in to glass molding on the first hundred feet of the building....other than that is nice.

It is going to be a Hotel-Condo mix.
It will be in direct competition with Ritz-Carlton, 4 Seasons, Shangrila. All should finish around 2009-2010. |

The height is 1,064 ft. spire (324.3m) 988 ft. roof (301.1m) according to Urban Toronto: http://p083.ezboard.com/ftorontoskys...cID=5085.topic
This figure was likely obtained from the latest planning doc. The old planning doc is here (with old height): http://www.toronto.ca/legdocs/2003/a...121/it010b.pdf but there was a slight height increase after that document was released. I remember Mr. Man announced it awhile back.
