Chapal Group spending millions of $ for advertising every day in the printing media or city hordings. why not showing dedication at construction dedication, any one suggest chapal group's any completed project which has been handed over to poor investor or end user.

I thought this for quite sometime. Look at the stalled project of Chapal the Destiny? They have been piling for the last two years but no construction as yet?

That's a quality post..
I'd think visible progress on 3 sites out of 4 would be somewhat reassuring.
Several more cranes to be installed (orange pile in the back of the photo), one is being put up today between Presidency and Harmony.

Any idea on other projects that they have? I had a glimpse few days ago on their project: the Destiny and still doing the piling for the last 2 yers !

All Chapal Projects in the emirates city being constructed by contracor Abou seif... the performance of the contract witnessed by all of us since last June 2007, Total out put of 18 months of period-
1. D01 - 5 parking floor
2. D02 - 4 parking floor without ramp
3. D03 - just block work for raft, reinforcement exposed to sky since last 6 month
4. D04 - 2 parking floor without ramp
5. D05 - Raft and some column casted
6. D06 - Just started at - 2 meter level
7. D07 - No activity

How chapal group will complete the project in the specified or even with 2 years delay.

Abou seif has not more than 350 workers at site and he have the contract for

7 x 6 = 42 floor of parking
7 x 42 = 294 Residential floor inclusive of podium and service floor
7 x 01 = 7 Health club
7 x 01 = 7 swiming pool and jaccuzi

Total 336 floors to be made

Last performance = 11 floors in 18 months

Avarage = 0.611 floor every month

Time required to complete the construction = (336 -11)/ .611 = 531 months = 44 Years

Well its the construction only what about the finishing every floor has minimum 90 wooden doors alsomt 4000 doors each tower total = 28,000 wooden doors who and how will be installed without proper manpower.


To complete the project in next five years avarage floor to be casted per month =

Remaining floor = (336-11) / 60 months = 5.41 floors each month

To complete the project in next four years avarage floors to be casted per month =

Remaining floor = (336-11) / 48 months = 6.77 floors each month

To complete the project in next two years avarage floors to be casted per month =

Remaining floor = (336-11) / 24 months = 13.54 floors each month

Now see the possibility and capability of the contractor who has only 350 workers for this massive projects and every month 5 - 6 days strick at site since workers sucontractor not paid their dues.


Its a fault of consultant and project management company " Adanan saffirani" to loaded one contractor with unmanaged work load.

If this will help you guys, I took some site pictures on my visit to site on 15th January 2009, hope it helps but there was like around 8 guy's on site just chatting and having food, not much work going on unlike the sweet home projects that are in full swing!!

I some how do not think that they will complete on time.

I can see by the pictures that in 18 days they have managed to paint the brick work black !! lol thats is it!!

ATTENTION ALL CHAPAL FLORA RESIDENCE OWNERS

Just for your information

Chapal flora residence is not a registered project with ARRA.

Our money is not safe as Chapal has no intentions os starting to construct this project,

This is why all owners have received polite notices that all payments have been delayed this is a very smart move by chapal just so we keep very quite.

All investors must link up and form a group to tackle Chaple and get our money back.

Please beware if we delay our hard earned money will be spent in sponsoring
cricket matches.

Does anyone have any news on this tower? We are purchasing a one bed apt on 20th floor. Where is the construction up to now? Does anyone have any photos?
