Paradisul acvatic - investitie de 12 milioane euro
"De ieri, brasovenii - si nu numai ei - au la dispozitie cel mai mare centru de agrement din tara. "Paradisul acvatic reprezinta, pentru mine si sotia mea, implinirea unui vis vechi de 15 ani, cand ramasesem incantati la cunoasterea unui centru similar din Germania", ne spune omul de afaceri D.I. Puchianu, proprietarul centrului. Investitia mult dorita a trebuit sa mai astepte, atat pentru adunarea banilor din surse proprii (profitul altor societati ale omului de afaceri), cat si pentru a avea posibilitatea de a apela la credite bancare. Este un proiect in valoare de 12 milioane euro, intins pe 4 ha, cu o suprafata acoperita de peste 10.000 mp, din care 2.000 mp constituie suprafata bazinelor cu apa. Noutati absolute in Romania sunt grotele de relaxare, cascadele de apa si biosaunele, pe care, impreuna cu celelalte spatii de agrement si relaxare, va lasam placerea sa le descoperiti. In fata centrului de agrement, a fost dat in exploatare si un hotel de cinci stele, avand si o sala de conferinte." http://www.curierulnational.ro/Speci...+milioane+euro ![]() http://www.paradisulacvatic.ro/ Complexul PARADISUL ACVATIC si-a deschis portile in 23 iulie 2007 la Brasov, iar aici puteti gasi, iarna sau vara, piscine moderne, acoperite sau in aer liber, tobogane cu apa, un SPA de cel mai inalt nivel, dar si terenuri de tenis si fotbal acoperit, un hotel si o terasa Complexul se extinde pe 6,5 ha si are o capacitate lejera de 2000 de cutii de valori si vestiare pentru a lasa in siguranta hainele si obiectele clientilor. Complexul PARADISUL ACVATIC are in acest moment 7 piscine moderne, urmand ca in toamna anului 2007 sa se extinda cu inca un bazin de inot acoperit cu o zona speciala pentru sarituri de la inaltimi de 5m, 3m si respectiv 1,5m . Pe timpul verii bazinele exterioare ( ca.1000 mp si 90 mp ) cu o temperatura intre 24 si 30 grade iti ofera locul ideal unde poti inota sub razele de soare 58 m lungime. Cele 1300 de sezlonguri din curtea exterioara sunt disponibile de primavara pana toamna tarziu. Adancimea bazinelor variaza intre 0,35 m in bazinele special amenajate pentru copii foarte mici, pana la 1,35 m in bazinele de relaxare cu hidromasaj sau in cele unde se practica sedintele de AQUA-GYM . Bazinele de inot masoara in zona cea mai adanca 2 m, ca in zona de sarituri sa va puteti scufunda pana la 4 m. Daca veti dori in zilele friguroase sa aveti parte de o experienta unica, puteti sa va scaldati sub cerul liber intr-unul dintre cele doua piscine interior – exterior . Apa va fi insa incalzita si va avea in permanenta o temperatura de 36 de grade. Astfel veti putea admira zapada din jur, în timp ce inotati in piscina sau va relaxati in mijlocul gheizerului din jumatatea exterioara. Dusurile rustice, baia de relaxare a picioarelor, cascade de apa, si un colt unde poti gasi zapada indiferent de anotimp cu care te poti racori dupa ce ai iesit din sauna, un salon de cosmetica, doua solarii vertical si orizontal , doua saloane de masaj de relaxare si intretinere si un salon de relaxare fac acest complex complet. Centrul va ofera si tobogane cu apa pentru amatorii de distractie. Daca nu sunteti fani ai sporturilor acvatice veti putea sa va relaxati insa în acelasi complex jucand tenis sau fotbal pe unul dintre terenurile anexate. |

20m-euro residential complex at Ghimbav
The Chrytis company this year will begin constructing a residential complex covering almost 7 hectares of land in Ghimbav, Brasov county. The value of the investment is put at some 20 million euros, according to the company''s deputy chief executive, Marcel Suciu. "Works will start in the May-June period and will be completed in three to four years", said Suciu. The complex will be made up of 120 houses, with the surface area and the price to be established during the months to come. Funding will be both self-sustained and from bank credits, the Chrytis representative added. British company invests 240 million euros in real estate project in Brasov British real estate development company European Future Group purchased a plot of land belonging to a plant in Brasov (central Romania) where it plans to develop a real estate project of over 150,000 square metres, appraised at 240 million euros, daily Ziarul financiar reports on February 5. European Future Group entered the Romanian market in 2000 and has offices in the Republic of Moldova, Ukraine and Austria. In Romania, the company was involved in several transactions in land and real estate projects. The company develops together with Austrian fund Immoeast a residential and commercial project in Bucharest, estimated at 130 million euros. The shares of IUS are listed on Rasdaq. Zona va fi împărţită în două subzone: în partea de nord va fi construit un complex comercial de 7 niveluri, dintre care două subterane, un hotel cu nouă niveluri, şi un „zgîrie-nori“ cu 23 de niveluri pentru birouri, iar în partea de sud, blocuri de locuinţe cu un regim de înălţime între 8 şi 12 niveluri. În plus, întreaga zonă va beneficia de o parcare subterană şi de spaţii verzi. Potrivit documentelor comisiei de urbanism, proiectul propus deschide zona „printr-o bună relaţionare spre zonele învecinate, propunînd prestanţă şi imagine urbană adecvată“. Proiectul este al treilea pentru zona respectivă, unde firmele Master Ranch Imobiliare şi Atlanta au solicitat aprobări de PUD-uri pentru obiective similare, construite pe terenurile fostelor Lemexim şi respectiv Lubrifin. As long as there is demand, high-rise development makes sense and is absolutely normal in any city.... but I agree that the historical center is a "treasure" and that high-rises should probably be built on the other side of Tampa.

the historical center can't be affected by a building +1 km away even my apartment for Brasov is +400m from that tower and I would say that I'm over 1km easy away from the historical center and my apartment is in a building of +11f .. anyway the tower can't be stopped as I've heard it's more than approved

actualy that station is on the other entrance to Brasov the one form Cluj-Sibiu and not the one form Bucharest in this winter vacation I'll go and see it I'm very curios how it looks but that airport is the one i've been waiting for some 3 years now that is an important project

daca nu sunt tigani sau persoane dubioase, duhnind a bautura sau nespalati, tot felul de oameni cu animale in traista, mizerie, scaune rupte, fara caldura in sala de asteptare, etc., anunta ne te rog, eu unul nu am vazut nici o autogara civilizata in tara noastra!
apoi putem sa mai vorbim de aspectul arhitectural sau amenajari peisagere care sa atraga ochiul sau macar sa te faca sa te simti confortabil intr un spatiu public
