#PROJECT-Ras al khaimah. AAKAR

AAKAR
Aakar Marjan Island will be located on the 3rd Island within the coral like formation and is a 5* resort with a hotel, apartments and retail on site. The hotel will occupy the northern wing of the building and will be managed by one of the large 5 hotel chains. There is a letter of intent from a company but RAKEEN cannot divulge fully until signed and sealed in the next few weeks. It is however a large household name.

The hotel will provide 5* facilities to the private apartments in the same building including housekeeping, room service, conference facilities, dry cleaning and a 24 hour concierge.

Is this project still "alive"? Aakar already have another project on Island 2 called Harbour Beach Residence, sold by 7Cinvest in the UK.

Technomarine

Technomarine replica watches is a timepiece that is made to be worn on a person. The term now usually refers to a wristwatch, which is worn on the wrist with a strap or bracelet. In addition to the time, modern Technomarine replica watches often display the day, date, month and year, and electronic watches may have many other functions.

UAE Guy, You have this project mixed up with some other project. The one you are refering to is in Dubai and the developer is Nakheel. This particular one is is RAK hence the thread being in Northern emirates threads. The project is called Harbour Beach Residence and the developer is Aakar !

I am really thinking of buying in to this project but need some feedback from people who have bought in to this project. Prices from what i have been told are around 1300 per sq ft. Which souns good to me for a full sea view 5* serviced hotel apartments with beach front access.
