Whats the name of the building, Annedal or Kvarteret Baltic?

And if its going to be 16 floors it won't be 75m! Interesting building though, looks alright.

Accordung to pdf:s linked from the projects page, the height will be 51.5m (maximum allowed hight for that building, usually maxed out) and 17fl (from the rendering in the latest pdf with a rendering), construction company is NCC and architects are Brunnberg & Forshed arkitektkontor AB (Jonas Claeson & Sören Eriksson).

It is under construction now!
The start of the Annedal project was in april.

the highrise isnt u/c. Some buildings to the left of kv baltic have just risen a couple of floors.

I attended a sales meeting a few months back, regarding kv baltic and it was divided into three stages and the highrise was the last one. They were hoping to start building stage one durig november/december.

I just notice today when I past the site by train that the foundationwork has begun so hopefully we will se this one risen out of the gound quite soon.
