from the latest availability list i have from last week, the cheapest 1 bed dubplex on 1st floor is 602K, and the prices go up to 700K for 1 beds. there are some 2 bed ones too at 1.2M. there are no studios. most of them are duplexes.

Also does price include parking ? does every apartment come with parking or is it on a limited basis ??

Thanks - but I have already tried this website. What I am looking for the location between tower 1 and tower 2 for blu mirage. Does anyone have the master layout, or any further information on how the towers will be laid out?

how do you mean? all the towers of blu mirage are in that one development. they are enjoined from the base. its like fingers from your palm. all 5 towers will be around 15 meters apart i think.

I would like to see how the towers are enjoined. Will determine the view from the apartments. If the towers are only 15 meters apart and all the bases are aligned, only the front apartments,facing the water, will have a view. The rest will have a view of the other towers. For the apartment to have a decent view the towers will have to be a considerable distance apart from each other or arranged in a arc fashion.

Does anyone else have this information or any details on how the towers will be arranged?

95% have sea view. they are done in a very smart way. i saw the model. the towers span out in widely, i.e. they are not parallel, but in V shape between them. hope you understand!

this waterfront development is to use the same beach as LHB. in 2008 we will see more developments, some of which will be beachfront.

i would suggest you to wait.

LHB is quite further down from BM. how can they have same beachfront? LHB looks towards north wheras BM has view south west.

Blu Mirage is located on Al Marjan Island, on a beach front location, on a plot facing out to the sea.

LHB is also on Al Marjan Island, in another location, not the same as BM.
