Thanks for starting this thread. Also planned to do it myself since there is more construction planned in Karlin then in any other district of Prague.

Here is a couple of pictures I took last week around Karlin. Corso II and Rohansky Ostrov constructions are nicely progressing. There is still a lot of gaps to be filled though.

Cornolfts Šaldova still u/c, not much to see there yet, all construction sites were busy even in the sunday morning

There are few gapsite projects u/c in Karlín too
This one use old factory entrance gate

another one just beside

Karlín street block are large so the new constructions have deep courtyards
