çok önemli göze batan bir yer değil ama o bölgeye hareket getirecektir. Binalar 35 kat, 50 kat değil. Mimarisi kötü, ama o bölge için iyi bence. Çok arkada kalıyor zira. Tam Cevahir otelin orada Okmeydanından falan gözükür anca.

o bölge için iyi bence,

anthill'in sitesinde 35 kat diyor, sercan sen 49 kat diyorsun. Galiba 150 m civarı olacak.

49 * 3,5m = 171,5m + AVM ~15m = 186,5m + spire ~20m = 206,5m

220 m, ve o bölge...

bence harika bir proje o zaman. Arkadaşlar o bölge için iki gün evvel vatan gazetesine bir başka proke gördüm. Tek kelime ile harika bir şeydi. Bomonti,Okmeydanı ance böyle bölye toparlanacak. Yok ikizmiş, yok mimarisi sıradanmış, bunlar orası için önemli değil inanın. Skyline'a katkı sağlayacak. Selenium Twince'den veya Astoria'dan kötü değiller.

They will be very effective in Şişli Skyline. Unfortunately identical twins and very standard design.
