Nuvo City - Aspire-Dream Towers[48Fx2|mix|u/c]

Here's a crappy scan of Nuvo City, NuvoLand's project at the corner of C-5 and Calle Industria.

No kidding eh? You know, I'm beginning to sense a pattern here. There was a time when RLC were really building grand skyscrapers and other mixed used projects. To name a few...Robinsons Equitable, Robinsons Galleria, Galleria Regency, Robinsons Summit, etc. Now most of the projects that they come up nowadays tend to be generic and cookie cutter. This is probably because they think they are so well established that the very name of the company is the sole selling point, they don't really care how boring their projects turn out.

Other major developers such as Megaworld seem to be following that trend but they still manage to turn up some decent projects. Nonetheless seems that the best projects that are being proposed now come from lesser known developers trying to prove themselves that they do can offer even better products to prospective real estate buyers. Lets just hope for the sake of the high rise development of our cities that these lesser known developers are able to successfully push through with their projects. I really like the Currency and this Nuvo City and hope they do well financially.

RLC is a low budget real estate developer, they cant afford to pay US based Architectural firm. Kaya hindi maganda design ng bldg nila, it is probably done by a freelancer

At P70,000/sqm, this is a no-brainer for all Pasig/QC condo-hunters.

Add to that the fact that its closest neighbor (L)eastwood is now close to P90,000/sqm. Yeah, like I'd spend that kind of money to be jumping distance from the neighboring buildings :p
