Well, I didn't know! That's a good looking building. What's its purpose? Offices?

Under the biggest glass dome in Europe there will be big shoping center with cafes and restaurants. There will be also big cinema and offices. The talles building will be office building or hotel.

IMO it's too low as for the city center. It's being built on the place which is the most centrally located in Warsaw (and was empty)

Actually I would like to see there a higher tower but it's not that bad after all.

105m is indeed not that bad
, I thought it's like 85-90m after counting floors on the rendering.

Well, I guess I'll do current constructions 70 metres and up.
Starting off with Centrum Zelazna, 79 metres, the low part of the complex is almost finished, tower hasnt started rising yet. Rendering by PetKO. ![]() In the background you can see: Hilton Hotel, 91 metres, Hotel under construction, 2x residential and 1x office tower will start later. Rendering by Petko. Note, picture used for rendering is old, so there are curently standing buildings which are missing from it(Hilton the one in the foreground) ![]() Recent construction photo. (In the background, you can see a small part of Lucka city construction. ![]() Then we have the Belvedere Centrum, its currently a hole in the ground, but were not sure if the hole is for the tower itself, or for a multilevel parking lot right next to it. Its also around the 90 metre mark. ![]() Next we have the Zlote Tarasy Complex, at somewhere around 100 metres. It has just begun to rise. ![]() Costruction a few weeks ago: ![]() Then we have Lucka city at 106 metres, I think it has reached full height. As you can see, photo taken from the same spot as the Hilton rendering. ![]() Photo from the WFC of the Rondo 1 construction site, but it provides a good view of Lucka. ![]() And then at 192m with antenna we have the Rondo 1, currently still a hole in the ground ![]() ![]() ![]() Construction: View from WFC: ![]() View form across the street: ![]() Hopefully somebody else will do proposals (although there arent many right now) and recently finished buildings.
