Conda - Duzentas e sessenta toneladas de café arábica foram colhidas nos últimos seis meses, nos municípios da Conda e Seles, pelos produtores locais, informou hoje o chefe de brigada técnica, Paulo Jorge Miguel.

Lactiangol lança nova marca de leite este mês

Luanda - A empresa de lacticínios de Angola Lactiangol lança, no final deste mês, a sua nova marca de leite designado "Waku", informou hoje, em Luanda, o presidente do conselho de administração da instituição, José César Macedo.

Em declarações à Angop, a propósito do lançamento do novo produto, o responsável avançou que serão produzidos, nas duas primeiras semanas, 100 mil litros de leite "Waku".

De acordo com o presidente, este número poderá aumentar ou reduzir em função das necessidades dos interessados (clientela), embora esteja já a ser vendido, desde Abril, de forma experimental, tendo tido uma aceitação por parte dos especialistas e alguns clientes.

O "Wuaku", disse o interlocutor, é um produto confeccionado à base de matéria-prima essencialmente angolana e de elevada qualidade.

A produção do leite angolano, advindo das manadas de vacas, ainda está confinada na zona do Wuaku kungo, Kwanza Sul, onde a instituição vem efectuando experiências piloto.

"A Lactiangol procedeu, durante o mês de Agosto, período de maior produção de leite natural, à remodelação de todo o seu sistema de quadros eléctricos e preparou a aquisição de mais dois geradores industriais para reforçar desempenho dos dois já existentes", disse.

A empresa possui três carros-tanque para o transporte do leite natural da sua zona de produção à fábrica, com as devidas condições, de modo a não alterar as suas propriedades nem o sabor original do produto.

A produção final actual da empresa, após a reabilitação e abertura de algumas estradas nacionais, chega já às províncias de Bengo, Benguela, da Huíla, Malanje, Huambo e Kwanza Norte e Kwanza Sul.

Fábrica de água da Tchipipa arranca em Novembro

Huambo - A província do Huambo vai contar, a partir de Novembro deste ano, com uma fábrica de engarrafamento de água mineral de nascente, denominada "Água da Tchipipa", soube hoje a Angop.

A fábrica é propriedade do empresário Gildo Coelho da Cruz e está projectada para uma capacidade de enchimento de 14 mil garrafas por dia, num investimento avaliado em cinco milhões de dólares norte-americanos.

A unidade fabril está a ser construída num espaço de 1500 metros quadrados de área, numa fazenda agrícola na periferia da Comuna da Tchipipa, a cerca de 23 quilómetros a norte da cidade do Huambo.

De acordo com o proprietário da fábrica, o projecto, iniciado em Outubro de 2007, está orçado em cinco milhões de dólares norte-americanos.

Gildo Coelho da Cruz frisou que a fábrica terá tanques de captação de água com 145 mil metros cúbicos de capacidade e um laboratório de prevenção.

"Faremos análises microbianas da água, apesar de termos um sistema de enchimento inteligente, no caso de haver qualquer anomalia, quer em termos de bactérias ou impurezas ele automaticamente corta a produção", frisou.

Com a entrada em funcionamento desta unidade fabril, perto de 200 novos empregos directos e indirectos serão criados.

"Gostaríamos que metade do número dos funcionários fosse pessoal da comuna de Tchipipa, mas devido a especificidade da região e o nível de escolaridade das pessoas isto ainda não é possível", disse.

Lobito - A cerâmica do Grupo Portobelo, localizada na comuna da Catumbela, província de Benguela, aumentou a sua capacidade de produção para 600 mil tijolos por mês, contra os quinhentos mil, desde o início da actividade da fábrica há três anos.

Em declarações hoje (quarta-feira) à Angop, a directora financeira daquela unidade fabril, Heloisa Helena, disse que o aumento da capacidade de produção deve-se à demanda da procura do produto no mercado local e não só, tendo em conta a fase de reconstrução do país.

A empresa prevê, para os próximos dias, o fabrico de telhas, cuja capacidade inicial de produção poderá ser de 100 mil tijolos/mês, que, de acordo as necessidades do mercado, será aumentada gradualmente, frisou a fonte.

Além de tijolos, a cerâmica Portobelo produz também mosaicos.

O preço dos tijolos variam entre 60 e 69 kwanzas, dependendo do tipo ou tamanho.

"As províncias de Benguela, Huambo, Bié e Kwanza Sul constituem o principal mercado de escoamento de tijolos produzidos pela cerâmica", adiantou.

A cerâmica Portobelo conta com 100 trabalhadores efectivos e igual número de colaboradores, que prestam serviços sempre que a demanda de trabalho se justifique.

O Lobito conta com duas cerâmicas de tijolos localizadas na comuna da Catumbela.

Enalteceu, por outro lado, o empenho do governo da província, consubstanciado essencialmente, na aquisição de meios de produção, formação dos camponeses e a criação de mercados rurais, facilitando assim a troca entre produtos do campo e da cidade.

O Chinguar possui uma população estimada em mais de 111 mil habitantes, que sededica maioritariamente a agricultura, pesca, caça, criação de gado e de aves.

Os produtos mais cultivados são batata-rena, mandioca, milho, feijão, entre outros.

Luanda – O ministro-adjunto do primeiro-ministro, Aguinaldo Jaime, garantiu hoje (sexta-feira), em Luanda, que, na próxima legislatura, o Governo vai combater a pobreza com programas de diversificação da economia, criação de empregos e construção de habitações sociais.

“A estratégia de combate à pobreza é fornecer rendimento às pessoas por via do trabalho. Teremos de aumentar a oferta de emprego através da diversificação do sector não-mineral”, indicou Aguinaldo Jaime aos jornalistas, após um encontro com a missão de observadores da Sociedade Civil Africana.

O ministro Aguinaldo Jaime considera que a diversificação da economia deverá passar pelo impulsionamento de sectores como a agricultura, pescas, pecuária, construção e indústria transformadora, por permitirem a criação de um grande número de postos de trabalho.

Com essas duas vias (aumento da oferta de emprego e de casas sociais para os jovens), associadas a outras políticas do Estado, o ministro-adjunto do primeiro-ministro espera que sejam respondidas as grandes preocupações dos cidadãos.

Aguinaldo Jaime considera, de forma optimista, que a economia vai começar a criar condições para “remunerar bem” os trabalhadores angolanos, mas descartou a possibilidade de despedimento massivo da força de trabalho para melhorar os salários.

“A solução está na criação de condições para a diversificação da economia, aumento da riqueza e do empreendedorismo, de modo a permitir a iniciativa empresarial, para desafogar o aparelho administrativo do Estado e dar maior peso aos sectores económicos”, indicou.

A República de Angola foi admitida em Dezembro de 2006 como membro de pleno direito da Organização dos Países Exportadores de Petróleo (OPEP), durante a 43ª Conferência extraordinária da instituição, que decorreu em Abuja, na Nigéria.

É, actualmente, a origem de cinco porcento das importações petrolíferas norte-americanas (496 mil barris diários) e, no primeiro trimestre deste ano, foi o principal fornecedor de petróleo à China, ultrapassando a Arábia Saudita, graças a um aumento de 55 porcento nas suas exportações para o país asiático.

Presentemente, é o maior produtor de petróleo em África, depois de ter ultrapassado a Nigéria.

Esta é a primeira vez que Angola assume a presidência da organização.

A OPEP volta a reunir-se em Assembleia extraordinária, em Dezembro, na Argélia, já sem a presença da Idonésia, que anunciou a sua saída da organização, por se ter tornado importador de petróleo.

Mais de 500 mil filiados da Unaca-Confederação participam na campanha agrícola

Luanda – Pelo menos 538 mil e 362 lavradores do país, associados na Unaca-Confederação das Associações de Camponeses e Cooperativas Agro-Pecuárias de Angola, participarão na campanha 2008/2009, que inicia em Outubro.

Em declarações hoje (sexta-feira) à Angop, em Luanda, o vice-presidente da organização, Albano da Silva Lussati, referiu que os filiados estão organizados em seis mil e 192 associações de camponeses, possuindo ainda 214 mil e 88 cooperadores, congregados em mil e 684 cooperativas.

O responsável salientou que os membros da Unaca, existentes nos 153, dos 164 municípios das 18 províncias angolanas, são mobilizados "constantemente a “redobrarem esforços” na preparação de terras, na diversificação das culturas, aumento da produção, visando o combate à fome e redução da pobreza.

De acordo com Albano Lussati, o Ministério da Agricultura e do Desenvolvimento Rural (Minder) distribuiu quantidades consideráveis de inputes agrícolas, como enxadas, catanas, limas, juntas de boi, adubadores e semeadores manuais e de tracção animal aos seus associados.

Acrescentou que o Minader forneceu ainda aos camponeses sementes, fertilizantes e bois para tracção animal, enquanto a Empresa Nacional de Mecanização Agrícola (Mecanagro) auxiliou as famílias camponesas no aumento das suas parcelas agrícolas de dois para cinco hectares.

Sublinhou que perspectiva-se uma safra satisfatória na próxima campanha agrícola, a julgar pelo crescente apoio do Governo ao sector agrário nacional, da participação dos seus parceiros como a Adra, Clusa, Word Vision, Acção Agrária Alemã e o empenho dos camponeses e dos agricultores.

Realçou que, concorre igualmente para a indicação de bons resultados na próxima colheita agrícola, o incremento da concepção crédito às famílias camponesas e agricultores pelos Banco de Poupança e Crédito, Banco Sol, Banco de Fomento de Angola, Novo Banco.

Os bancos BPC e Sol concederam, de 2007 a Junho deste ano, seis milhões 107 mil e 219 dólares norte-americanos a 22 mil e 224 cooperadores, de 538 cooperativas e a 974 associações da Unaca-Confederação, que foi constituída a 28 de Julho de 2005.

Luanda – O grupo empresarial Arena Direct e a entidade organizadora de feiras de Luanda (Fil) já trabalham nos preparativos da 6ª edição da Feira Internacional de Materiais de Construção Civil, Obras Públicas e Segurança - Constrói Angola, a realizar-se de 16 a 19 de Outubro, deste ano, na capital angolana.

De acordo com uma nota da Arena Direct, a que a Angop teve hoje (sexta-feira) acesso, em Luanda, a organização do evento têm já inscritas mais de duas centenas de empresas, recaindo o destaque para as de direito angolano.

“Numa altura em que faltam pouco menos de 60 dias para o arranque do evento, a organização - Fil e Arena Direct - têm já inscritas mais de duas centenas de empresas, com particular destaque para as de direito angolano”, refere o documento, acrescentado que Portugal apresenta-se novamente como a eventual líder em termos de participações empresariais.

Atendendo ao crescente volume de solicitações, refere à nota, a organização perspectiva alargar oespaço reservado para a feira, sobretudo a área exterior adjacente aos pavilhões I e II, de modo a permitir a exposição de máquinas pesadas.

“Nesta altura em que decorrem os preparativos, estão praticamente já preenchidos todos os espaços dos dois pavilhões, numa extensão total de 10.000m2, sendo que o primeiro andar do pavilhão I reserva-se a uma galeria das empresas estreantes,
enquanto outra galeria far-se-á no Rés de Chão para outras empresas”, esclarece a documento.

Na edição de 2007 pelo menos 230 empresas estiveram presentes na Constrói Angola, sendo que vasta maioria delas confirmou já presença para a edição que se aproxima, uma vez que a feira assume-se como um “barómetro” para medir o potencial de Angola no ramo da construção civil e constitui-se também numa oportunidade para a troca de experiência entre empresas nacionais e
estrangeiras.

Calcula-se que na Constrói Angola 2007 tenham acorrido pelo menos 15 mil visitantes, a julgar pelo número de convites distribuídos (12 mil) e ingressos vendidos (sete mil).

Luanda - O vice-governador da província do Bengo, Farel Van-Dúnem pediu hoje na vila de Catete, aos jovens recebedores do
Micro-Crédido Amigo, do programa Nacional de Empreendedorismo na Comunidade, a honrarem os compromissos ora assumidos com o Banco de Comércio e Indústria (BCI).

Farel Van-Dúnem fez tal pedido durante o acto de lançamento do projecto Micro-Crédito Amigo, do BCI e do Ministério da Administração Pública Emprego e Segurança Social (MAPESS) na vila de Catete.

De acordo com o vice-governador do Bengo, muitas das pessoas depois de receberem o dinheiro não se preocupam em trabalhar de forma séria para posterior fazerem o reembolso ao banco, uma situação que deverá ser evitada.

"É importante que todos tomem consciência que este valor a partir do quatro mês terá de ser pago. Então, é preciso que todos trabalhem de forma seria para cumprir com o compromisso e permitir que outras pessoas também consigam receber o crédito", referiu.

O vice-governador apelou aos jovens que exerciam actividades ambulantes e que conseguiram o micro-crédito a arranjarem lugares fixos para assim poderem fazer o seu comércio sem nenhum transtorno e de forma legal.

Presenciaram o acto de lançamento do progra o Director Nacional do Emprego e Formação Profissional, Leonel Francisco o director do Bengo do Mapess, Adão Rodrigues, o presidente do conselho de Administração do BCI, Pascoal Adriano, e responsáveis da justiça da província do Bengo.

Luanda – A entrega formal pelo Governo de 15 camiões frigoríficos à empresa Frescangol, visando relançar a sua actividade de abastecedor de produtos perecíveis no país e o lançamento pela Lactiangol do leite nacional de marca “Waku”, constituíram as matérias de maior destaque do noticiário económico.

Quarta-feira, os ministros da Agricultura e do Desenvolvimento Rural, Afonso Canga, e dos Transportes, Augusto Tomás, respectivamente, entregaram em Luanda os camiões com capacidade para 70 toneladas à Empresa Abastecedora de Produtos Perecíveis de Angola – Frescangol, com o propósito de relançar a actividade da empresa, interrompida em 1992, e aumentar os seus níveis de rentabilidade e produtividade.

Na ocasião, o ministro da Agricultura disse que a iniciativa espelha os esforços do Governo no relançamento da empresa, visando aumentar os níveis de rentabilidade e de produtividade da Frescangol, a comercialização interna e da distribuição de produtos agro-pecuários aos consumidores do país em qualidade e quantidades aceitáveis.

Também foi matéria de destaque noticioso o lançamento pela empresa de lacticínios Lactiangol do leite nacional de marca “Waku”, um acto igualmente presidido pelo ministro da Agricultura, Afonso Pedro Canga, durante o qual realçou que a produção do referido bens de consumo constitui um “pilar” para a expansão e crescimento da indústria leiteira angolana.

Durante a sua intervenção, o governante reafirmou a necessidade do relançamento das bacias leiteiras do Huambo e Huíla, de modo a se materializar as orientações do Governo, que consistem no aumento da oferta de bens e serviços, visando combater a fome e a pobreza.

A criação pelo Governo de um mecanismo que visa facilitar a concessão de incentivos fiscais e aduaneiros a investidores angolanos, através da assinatura de um acordo de cooperação entre O Banco de Desenvolvimento de Angola (BDA) e a Agência Nacional para o Investimento Privado (ANIP), foi outro facto de relevância económica noticiado nos últimos sete dias.

Após a assinatura, o presidente do conselho de administração da Agência Nacional para o Investimento Privado (ANIP), Carlos Fernandes, referiu que o acordo visa estimular os projectos que forem financiados pelo BDA.

“Os investidores nacionais, muitas vezes, não beneficiam das facilidades do quadro legal e institucional para realizar os seus investimentos, pelo que o BDA e a ANIP se associaram para apoiar os investidores a optimizar a utilização das facilidades e dos benefícios oferecidos pela lei ao investidor nacional”, realçou.

A semana ficou igualmente marcada pelo anúncio da criação de sete mil novos empregos, até Dezembro desde ano, em todo país, no âmbito do Programa de Reestruturação do Sistema de Logística e de Distribuição de Produtos Essenciais à População (Presild).

De acordo com o coordenador técnico para infra-estruturas do Presild, Gomes Cardoso, os empregos serão criados com abertura de 31 supermercados Nosso Super e dois Centros de Distribuição, com conclusão prevista para Dezembro de 2008. O programa já criou quatro mil 500 novos postos de trabalho, desde o começo da sua implementação em Março de 2007.

No sector agrário, o início da Campanha Tele-Alimento/2008, destinada a comemorar o Dia Mundial da Alimentação, que se assinala a 16 de Outubro, constituiu igualmente manchete dos últimos sete dias.

O secretário-executivo do Comité Nacional Tele-Alimento, David Tunga, informou que, pela primeira vez, desde 1997, a data terá como “ponto mais alto” a realização de um seminário nacional para debater, sobretudo, “As implicações das Mudanças Climáticas na Produção Alimentar”, “O Papel da Agricultura Irrigada na Segurança Alimentar” e “Os Bio-Combustíveis e a Segurança Alimentar”, ao invés do lançamento de micro-projectos agro-pecuários e de pesca.

Kuito - Mais de cem milhões de dólares foram facturados pelo programa "Nosso Super", da Nova Rede Comercial, desde a sua implementação ao nível do país.

A informação foi prestada sexta-feira na cidade do Kuito, Bié, pelo coordenador do PRESILD, Gomes Cardoso, em declarações à imprensa.

No mesmo período, segundo o responsável, foram atendidos ao nível do país mais de nove milhões de consumidores.

Lembrou que foram criados quatro mil e 500 novos empregos, nos 23 super mercados em funcionamento nas 18 províncias.

Gomes Cardoso informou que até 31 de Dezembro deste ano o país contará com 31 supermercados, bem como com a instalação de dois centros de distribuição de apoio a rede comercial nas províncias de Luanda e Benguela,

O responsável afirmou que outras lojas de proximidades serão erguidas também em todas as sedes dos municípios da província, explicando que algumas das infra-estruturas referidas já começaram a ser erguidas.

Lubango - O cumprimento da lei de hotelaria no país pelos operadores do ramo na província da Huíla tem sido regular, disse hoje, sábado, nesta cidade, o chefe de departamento local da Hotelaria e Turismo, João Silvestre.

Em declarações à Angop, em alusão ao Dia Internacional do Turismo que hoje se assinala, o responsável fez saber que, apesar de se verificar algumas irregularidade, no geral o comportamento dos hoteleiros tem sido exemplar.

João Silvestre referiu que diante destes casos, os fiscais adstritos ao departamento que dirige, prontamente têm feito visitas de inspecção e fiscalização aos hotéis, pensões, hospedaria e similares, no sentido de fazer face a estas práticas.

Diante deste quadro, o responsável aproveitou a ocasião para apelar aos empresários deste ramo a pautarem sempre pela observância da lei de hotelaria, no sentido de melhor prestarem o seu serviço, para a melhoria do turismo na província e evitar penalizações futuras.

A província da Huíla é tida como um dos maiores pólos de atracção turística no país, sendo os locais mais procurados, famosos pelas suas características especiais, as cascatas da Hunguéria (vulgarmente chamadas de da Huíla), Serra da Leba, monumento do Cristo Rei, Fenda da Tundavala, as grutas de Ondimba e o parque nacional do Bicuar.

Kuito - Pelo menos dez mil cabeças de gado bovino foram imunizadas contra a peripneumonia contagiosa, carbúnculo hermático e sintomático e dermatite nodular, este ano, nos municípios de Camacupa, Catabola e Chinguar , província do Bié, pelos serviços de veterinária desta região.

Em declarações hoje a Angop, o responsável do departamento dos serviços de veterinário na província do Bié, Domingos Ngueve Jovita, disse que, além do gado bovino, a instituição traçou ainda um vasto programa para que nos próximos tempos a campanha possa também abranger outros animais, entre caprinos, suínos, felinos e canídeos a nível da região.

Acção, realçou, tem como finalidade prevenir o surgimento de patologias nos animais e pessoas consumidoras da carne.

Garantiu, por outro lado, estarem criadas todas as condições materiais, humanas e logísticas para a qualquer momento dar início ao programa de imunização em todos os municípios da província.

Domingos Jovita convidou os criadores de gado bovino e outros animais a colaborarem com a instituição, por forma a facilitar e permitir a concretização da actividade, sobretudo, nas localidades mais distantes das cidades e vilas.
