Redevelopment conference coming to Tampa
Wednesday, October 1, 2008 - 11:56 AM EDT Tampa Bay Business Journal Developers, planners and builders from around Florida will be touring Tampa Bay area redevelopment projects as part of the Florida Redevelopment Association annual conference in late October. Redevelopment and the Creative Economy will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Tampa from Oct. 22 to 24. Attendees also will be accessing lectures, panels, workshops and training on topics such as increment revenue financing, affordable housing, historic preservation and sustainable green development. An awards luncheon will honor 11 redevelopment projects.
