Any Idea how much a site of 40 *60 feet cost in Navanagar/ gamangatti area in Hubli-Dharwad road. also what is the future prospect of investing there?

I have seen navanagar ...........which is seeing a rapid revamp of the infrastructure coupled with a spell of modernity so there is no reason to be wary of investing in such a prime locality in the making......it is very close to the NH 4....

hey sorry guys was busy.......there is another new construction goin on at d jubilee circle in dharwad...its the oswal towers..a shopping mall...if i get any photos surely i wil post..

The cricket stadium at Rajnagar was a long-standing demand of the people.

But it was in 2004 that land meant for "Nirmiti Kendra" was allotted for the purpose. KLE society chipped in by donating 36 "guntas" of land for the stadium.

Though construction of the stadium, spread over 6.5 acres, should have been completed in 2006, certain problems within the KSCA delayed it.

Construction of pavilion and seating arrangements for spectators have not been completed.
