ABOUT THE PROJECT

I didn't edit any of the renders after downloading them so distortions, if any, are the fault of the original poster.

The day render reminds me of the OUB Center in Singapore. The night render makes it look like it's the corporate headquarters of some evil company, say Disney. Haha.

for some reasons i prefer it upside down. sounds like a very ambitious project to me. this is not officially launched yet, is it? the quality of rendering does not give justice to the claimed poshness.

mukhan magada ang kalalabasan ng kalayan. 2 of the tallest bldg (although we're not sure kung magagawa nga sila) yung sementeryo na lang ang nag pa pa pangit sa kalayaan...

Didn't they announce this as some other project a year ago. I remember a Picar project on this site (right besides Century City).

Yeah, and there was suppose to be a hotel component (JW Marriott?)...guess time will tell.
