all buildings hav really kul designs. em not that crazy abt da cladding on ideal heights n malaika. the rest r hav amazing designs n cladding.

Great! I think after the development of all the buildings it will completely change the picture of Kolkata. I liked the Harmony one..

Yep. Calcutta skyline is going to look completely different in next 3 yrs once all these highrises are done. also. Those vedic hotels & Westin hotels will be done too hopefully. They may be 35-fls but in reality might actually be close to 50-fls in height due to higher FSI for commercial towers.Calcutta also has awesome suspension bridges, an absolute rarity in South Asian megacities. They'll provide impressive backdrop. sorta like Istanbul.

When I had to get to the airport from my place in south Kolkata, the cab driver drove me through a spanking new highway through the newer areas of Salt Lake/New Town, and that place felt like what Noida was many years ago, with construction on both sides of the road. Definitely a place to look out for in the future.
As for south Kolkata.....well......... |
