Many of these projects are actually from 2007 but were never posted under City/Metro Compilations so there is a lot more to go. Stay tune guys.....

Gulshan/Banani Area

Here is another google earth image of Gulshan/Banani area that points out about 60 Commercial buildings(8 to 28 storey tall) that are currently under-construction or proposed here.
All these projects are pointed out by the red dots and are expected to be completed within 2-3 years time.

Note:this image excludes many other important commercial areas of Dhaka that are also experiencing the same wave of construction boom
