it is located in Jelutong. i think could be 30+ stories. not sure what it is though, maybe Mutiara Heights

I past that buildings during New Year...sadly i forget to take some pics of it..hehehe..i think it is Mutiara Height...

anyway great to have two 30+ stories buildings at Jelutong Express Way

The first time i saw the rendering, i thought it is over 30 stories..but after i count it, it has only 29 stories. That is y i said ''short''

dont you think thats a real

apartment to hav in front of penang harbour??? i dont like it at all~ its just like those apartment in farlim or air itam~ it will turn ugly again in couple years time~ and it will look just like those eye sore in farlim... cracks and fading paint... this apartment dont realli belongs in front of that harbour~ but i will still hope when it is finish, it will be... well~ 'k~ u know~

hahaha...maybe it is ugly..but its rendering is nice..gold in colour, cool..

I don't expect to have residential towers like those in gurney built at there. U know..IJM design r usually

and nothing special....

I hope Ivory is under this project, Metro-east..but, it is impossible..
