This is a nice clean design, but unfortunately, it seems to block the ruins of the Crusader castle from the harbor. It would have been nice to leave a view corridor open, so that those arriving in cruise or passenger ships would see the ruins of the castle ... I know the argument is that land costs money; just means that (if I am right about the location!) this is one of those cases where the profit interests of a private company come into conflict with the public interest.

If you look closely to the first render, you'll see the Marina Tower. It might help you locating it.

I know its near the marfaa, and martyr square. There is just so many plots in that area I was just wondering where. I would investigate, but thats kinda hard from Toronto, Canada hahaha
Is it closer to Foch st, or Allenby?!

This is the location of the project. It is adjacent to Foch 94 on Chafik Wazzan Street.

They will soon start digging or have already started.

These aren't accurate photos of One Oak if you look at the location provided by nareg, the photo is actually located behind One Oak ( previously named Peninsula ) One Oak is on the main street.

The project isn't going to destroy any part of the architectural ruins. It is located on a different plot of land.
