I thought there was already a thread like this but as I don't find it anymore I start a new one

Italy is the country with more UNESCO world heritage sites (43), followed by Spain (40), France and Germany (33) and United Kingdom (27).

Albania has 3 cities in Unesco's list of world heritage. The most important one is the ancient city of Butrint, dating back to the 4th Century BC.

i have visited Prambanan Temple and Borobudur Temple (the largest temple) so many times
coz both are near my homeland, the heritage city too, Solo City

I don't travel so much anymore as I used to (time and money) but didn't know that Batu is so new, I thought it's from 18th or 19th century. Was quite impressive though.
Interesting also that the Statue of Liberty is a Site, ESB or Chrysler Building not. All modern structures and worth visiting. Switzerland has btw a really high density of sites for such a small country: Cultural Benedictine Convent of St John at Müstair (1983)  Convent of St Gall (1983)  Lavaux, Vineyard Terraces (2007)  Old City of Berne (1983)  Rhaetian Railway in the Albula / Bernina Landscapes (2008)  Three Castles, Defensive Wall and Ramparts of the Market-Town of Bellinzone (2000)  Natural Monte San Giorgio (2003)  Swiss Alps Jungfrau-Aletsch (2001)  Swiss Tectonic Arena Sardona (2008)
