great news. Towers look pretty good too, and they dont appear to have balconies which is a good thing.
I hope this project doesnt follow the same fate as Pejton. That project just completely stalled.

I think I like it too... Will be interesting to see more detailed renders of this project eventually as they become available online.
Ultimo: Could you please do another update of this project at the construction site (last one was done 25th May), and possibly also a more close-up photo of the construction billboard so we can get more info about this project (architect, sq.meters etc...) |

Now that we have some clear renders of the project, I think it looks a bit "Dubaish" (combination of concrete and glass facade). I like it. It will be a great addition to the skyline.

Hehe... It does indeed look similar to some buildings that have been built in Dubai... With its 23 or 24 floors, it will have a similar height to the Hotel Tower of the ENK Complex.. It will be a nice addition to the skyline, and ENK will not look so lonely in the current "sea" of 4 - 10 floor buildings...

The only thing that bothers me is that there doesn't seem to be parking and greenery seems to be an afterthought. I know for a fact that any new project needs to have at least 30% of its land dedicated to greenery and other open spaces, so not sure what's going on here.
