Why can't they use some modern, quality material for the roofs in tone with the building's style? What's that? Aluminium sheet? Why not patina copper so it looks good the moment you install it?

Btw, please avoid these "for further editing" posts. Most are never edited, and you can edit any post either way. Frankly I don't see the reason for leaving empty posts like that.

Hotel Astoria was a total mess last time I saw it

BTW some beautiful buildings need to be put into the spot light. So I'd say cut (or relocate) that tree in front of Gh.Lazar College and plant two/four

new ones 10-20 meters further down

Avem nevoie de o lege care sa interzica contestarea/oprirea proiectelor in derulare. Asta sa se intample doar inainte de inceperea lucrarilor. M-am saturat de miliardele de contestatii care stau in instante si de aia tara sta si ea la randul ei ... pe loc
