Welcome to the North East England sub-forum
This is just to say Welcome, and Thankyou.
SO to all of us who have worked hard for this, those who have supported those who have worked hard for this, thanyou. And to those who will transfer here from the Newcastle/Gateshead, Sunderland, Teeside and Hull threads, welcome. And of course to those who will be new, we also welcome you. |

I have put a note on the main thread advising people that our "currently empty" Sub-Forum is NOW IN EXISTENCE! |

Yes, thanks, it has to be either me or you. Anyway, I'm just going to ask this question. Over the last couple of weeks when my internet has been bad, and not allowed me access, I have thought to myself at how I would like a more active role within SSC, despite what I have previously said. So I'm asking the question, "Would anyone have any objections in me putting my name forward for the position of a full time mod for the Sub-Forum?" |

Well done and thanks to those who have worked hard to get this. What we need now is some kind of guidelines on posting to ensure it remains organised?

Also, it will still keep us all apart, and still be less confusing for us all, with us having our own threads in our own section, if I am indeed correct. And thanks to those who congrats us. |

I am hoping we hear from someone on this, including the (agreed in other forums) standard method of 'new thread titling', and re the transfer-in of our existing threads, etc. I'm sure we will be advised soon. |

It's nice to see Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough have all put themselves forward as suburbs of Hull in the new setup.
It's all good, well done to everybody.

Well done on getting this up and running!
One thing though, can the Sunderland and Washington forum not just be Sunderland? I don't really see why Washington needs to be in the main title?
