وقعت شركة سنشري 21 أريز العقارية عقداً حصرياً لتسويق برج بوابة الخبر العائدة ملكيته لمجموعة آل الشيخ، ووقع العقد كل من إبراهيم بن محمد آل الشيخ رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة آل الشيخ الوليد حمد بن زومان المدير العام لشركة سنشري 21 أريز العقارية.

ويقع برج بوابة الخبر على طريق الملك فهد في مدينة الخبر الساحلية ويتموضع على مساحة أرض تزيد على ألفين وثمانمائة متر مربع وبمسطحات إجمالية تزيد على 35 ألف متر مربع، وأسندت مهمة تصميم هذا المشروع الضخم لشركة بروج للاستشارات الهندسية والتي أبدعت في التصميم المعماري والداخلي للمشروع ليتناسب مع تطلعات المالك والمستأجرين على المديين المتوسط والبعيد.

ويتميز البرج بإطلالات خلابة على الخليج العربي وببهو فسيح وواسع يعطي انطباعاً راقياً عن المشروع ويتكون البرج من 34 دوراً ومن ميزات هذا المشروع كثرة وسعة المواقف والتي تستوعب أكثر من 300 سيارة في الوقت عينه أما بالنسبة للأدوار المكتبية فقد تم تصميمها بانسيابية تامة حيث إن من السهولة تجزيئها لمكاتب منفصلة أو استخدام الدور بالكامل ككتلة واحدة.

ومن ميزات المشروع التقنية العالية المستخدمة في المواقف أو الدخول والخروج بالنسبة للموظفين والزوار حيث وضعت السلامة والأمن كإحدى الركائز المهمة فيه خاصة أن خدمات الأمن والنظافة ستكون متوافرة على مدى الأربع وعشرين ساعة كما أن المبنى مجهز بنظام الـ BMS العالمي لإدارة المجمعات والمشاريع الضخمة كما يوجد بالبرج شبكة من الألياف البصرية وخدمة الإنترنت عالي السرعة وخدمات الاتصال العالمي والربط الفضائي أما بالنسبة لأنظمة إطفاء الحرائق فتم اختيار أفضل الشركات العالمية والمطابقة للمواصفات السعودية لتتولى عملية تمديد أنظمة كشف الدخان والحرائق.
