SKYLINE BUILDERS' FIRST Project Here in Trivandrum...SKYLINE BUILDERS' has kept it's footstep here with it's PROJECT DOMAIN........Near Kazhakkoottam, Opp. Infy Campus.

Sanoj, I don't think anyone here got any problems with Skyline builders, but the fact is that Domain is not big enough to present it as a new thread .. we have repeatedly told you this. There are more than 3 dozen projects, similar to Domain, in the pipeline and so to create a thread for each one is not pragmatic. What we have here though are big projects that have at least 3-4 towers in one complex or an iconic structure such as Heera Grace or the 'I'. Hope this helps ... but this is not to discourage you, buddy!!

Mr. Babu, I think it don't feel any difference between Heera Grace & Skyline DOMAIN. Whats such an iconic fugure you specified for Heera Grace? Actually I didn't understand it's significance. But I just thought of starting the thread for SKYLINE DOMAIN just coz SKYLINE BUILDERS is keeping it's footstep here in Trivandrum for the FIRST (Sorry to say that but..) TIME. Hope it wont hurt anyone's feeling if the progress of DOMAIN is put in a single thread.

Heera Grace was iconic the time when it was launched. And it is standing seperate in that neighbourhood, since that much tall buildings were not there/possible in core city area.

Even the architecture/appearance is different..And Heera Grace is a premium property when it comes to the sale price.

Skyline Domain is just another concrete block with similar/taller projects, with multiple towers in the vicinity.

Anyway you may have a seperate thread if you wish so, but some standards have to be met. You have start with the perspective and features of the project first, then go to the u/c pictures.

SKYLINE DOMAIN is just another concrete block with SIMILAR( similar only and not taller) CONCRETE BLOCKS in the vicinity..Hope this was what you meant Mr. Sudheesh?

And..It will be an iconic structure when finished, THE SKYLINE DOMAIN, where no builders have given ACP finishes to their projects..But it can be seen with SKYLINE DOMAIN...IT STAND ALONE DEAR FRIEND....

Of course, I meant exactly that. A single tower doesn't have much value when there are multiple CONCRETE towers around.

BTW it was not the crux of the point here. It is the way/mode by which you start the threads here. Why your eyes are always blind to those which has been pointed out by me/other forumers?

And do you think being a newbie is it wise to lock horns with a mod? You have to observe the forum, understand the etiquette and then start contributing in the right way. There is no point in starting multiple threads with no value just like the thread with the title 'Interesting & Funny' you had created.

Sudeeshji, the title has to be changed into its regular format, and sanoj this is not a realestate site to highlight the name of skyline builders, it has to be changed as Trivandrum | Skyline Domain | 20f X 1 | NH-47 Bypass | T/O.

I just started it for checking out a matter. Dont feel bad of that. It is not a war with moderator, but just you guys get mad of it. I dont know why this happens..Be COOL Yaar...

Infact one of our forumers here have a flat in Domain too. As Babu said we are here not for taking side of any single builder. Those projects which are big enough or have some uniqueness are showcased here, be it SFS, Heera, Confident or SRK.

It seems that nothing is getting in to your head or you don’t have enough grasping capacity. Did I tell you to edit your post and include more details like perspectives, location map, features etc about Domain? Instead of that your attention is always with unwanted/irrelevant topics. We know the trouble we all took to at least make you post a picture.

Please understand deletion of a thread or banning/brigging is not a big job, it is just like pulling a trigger. If I wanted that, I do not really require your permission or this much time, I would have done it already. I just wanted to give you more chance. Hope you learn at least now.
