Good to see even on small buildings architects are experiemnting. The triagles made the facade more interesting.

Remembered having mouth watering Biriyani at Shiraz at this site before this hotel came up. There used to be a non AC porting at the ground floor with AC portin at the first floor with open-to-air terrace option.

TULIP INN definitely looks an attractive project on this road. Like the design elements on the exterior too...

the overhead telephone wires ruin the looks and design of the building. Cant anything be done about these wires, perhaps take them underground? I know, its easier said than done but on a different note, does all the big cities and towns have the same problem?

Yes, they all have.
But these are not telephone wires, they already run underground & goes to homes from installation boxes. These are mostly different forms of electricity cables for street lights, streetside shops, etc. Also TV cables and other types of wires.

Thanx for the clarification. I'm not arguing but just out of curiosity that i havent seen any overhead cables around New Town Rajarhat. Is it bcoz of less population or due to a different model being adopted. maybe with more people coming in and staying, we may see these cables in NT as well??
