thanks bro..but after this i can't tell more about the other project bcause it too 'sulit'..hehe..but i can tell you that build highrise building with 30-35 storey in iskandar is too mainstream now..

Great news! My guess is that these will be in the downtown TG Puteri waterfront together with Vantage Bay etc.

I suspect they're going to change 18@Medini into something much uglier and cheaper when nearing launch.

I heard people have to build fast as by 2015. Law would be change to build 1st then sales. And no deposit taking during construction.

Heard the GLC and public institution would also participate in development to "balance" out and give competition so the tauke can't suka suka hikes up prices

Oh my.. u gotta be kidding me. Such a project take 3 years to complete. Singapore normally takes a year to complete for such project while China within 8 months.
