Wow I see there is much room for mechanical floors between the officetel and the hotel floors. Maybe even 50 meters.

Thank you, man! That is revealing something the engineers are so much concerned about the condition of the building as so much with other things.

Does anybody know the lifespan of this particular skyscraper?

With regular maintenance it can stand hundreds of years

It doesn't reach Tokyo..
Just Kyushu Island and the lower half of Honshu Island. Tokyo is too far away.

It did a couple weeks ago.

Back to the tower, are they re-configuring the forms for the core?

Weird, I live in Seoul too, and is it just me, but it doesn't seem like there's been a lot of the yellow dust this year.

Also, good to see this thing finally coming up properly. Maybe we'll be able to see it from the other side of town soon

Another good shot there inno. I must say i don't really like the street activation in the area, the roads are far too wide and cars dominate. It needs to be more pedestrian friendly.

Correctly. Seoul must use more public transfer otherwise surface make more pedestrian friendly(plant tree or green sidewalk)

Fortunately Lotte tower make some pedestrian friendly(skybridge/roads dig deep down underground) which is Green pedestrian connected lotte tower between Lake(suk chon ho su).

Great. Hopefully when Lotte tower is finished, the street activation will be a lot better than it is now.

How many stories high will the Supercolumns go up? Or do they go up the whole way and just narrow? I've never actually watched a tower like this go up with such great pictures along the way.
