Has big balconies so it might be quite a nice place to live. Though the neighbourhood in which this building stands looks really ugly.

Sorry, perhaps it was a rather obscure way to comment. I was referring to the building itself, which I find such a repellent, lumpen thing that its difficult to find the right words to describe how much I hate it.
