You can create an account on Photobucket, and create an album with your photos. Upload them. Open your picture, and click on an IMG tag beside a specific image, - and your link will be copied into the clipboard. Then just Ctrl+V it here!

I downloaded into Dropbox via the above link and I was able to view the promotional brochure, certainly looks spectacular and I hope it proceeds as promised. It will be a great addition to PJ, and as a resident I look forward to its completion.

I suppose we're all a little sceptical after the previous off-plan developments, but this does look befitting of PJ.

Its funny, I didn't see the viceroy project as 'stunning' at all..

Contemporary design exists with Tiara and Oceana- so nor did I get that argument. Also tiara and Oceana are located within the Nakheel Mall and station basin- a huge advantage.

Its almost as if this viceroy project was promoted on here... or I just don't see what makes this off-plan yet to be built (with all the inherent risks that brings) project so 'amazing' ... hmmmm

agreed - Hoping this forum doesn't turn into such obvious marketing spiel.

Its not very subtle...

It's all completely legit. Funding from banks and equity investors to completion, hence the payment plan being so favorable, i.e. this will happen with or without off plan sales. Even though as been mentioned nearly all sold out. Promise you all this will be spectacular when done. There are 3 more projects being announced on the trunk this year, 2 similar concepts to the Viceroy, on the plots between Viceroy and the Fairmont, one something completely different. Then a bunch of other stuff happening on the crescent being announced over next 6 months. None of these projects are being funded through off plan sales, all through equity investors and finance. Exciting times ahead for all involved.

Any idea of the access to viceroy? It would be a pain to have to do the whole loop again to get out.

Its a company called Skai Holdings behind it. That's Kabir Mulchandani.

He is good in the market and has plenty of experience in property.

I think as long as prices stay sane, and you don't fall for the marketing BS that its better then Oceana etc. (just silly tactic) it will be a winner.

Kabir delivers results. Good luck.

Activity on the Nakheel Mall site.

Anybody got updates on activity levels here.

I heard its still next to nothing but tenders are still being finalised.

Nakheel are on 24/7 shifts on the studio developments either side of Marina residences- so it does look like they mean business!

Hi I really do think its better than Oceana...btw we own in Oceana too! The proposed finish, the communal areas and facilities and f &b far exceeds. Oceana is very nice no doubt but when this is ready I dont think you will be able to compare simply since Viceroy offers what Oceana currently has plus more...just my opinion.

Oceana? Are you sure?

Look at Oceana and what is to come.

Oceana's vicinity to Naheel mall is incredible.

This is Nakheel's flagship Mall-
(can you imagine the F&B facilities its going to have- many times over that of any other project on the palm i'm sure.)

The clubs, shops, hotel, restaurants-AND the direct link to transport- that Nakheel Mall will offer can't really be beaten simply because of scale. sorry not buying your argument at all.

Second is the fact that the project you are backing is on paper at the moment.
That's an incredible difference and I am not going to list the multitude of reasons why, here...

One thing in favour is I believe the people behind your off plan project will deliver. Good people and industry oldies.

I have been told by Skai that the entrance will be from the Fairmont/ Golden Mile road and a u turn/left handside turning will be provided so no need to drive to top and turn around...you can turn around near the Viceroy Entrance.

Beats driving on the crescent, I felt like I was onthe other side of town by the time I drove to Rixos Hotel recently...needed a drink after all those bumps
