i havent heard form our Office if they have secured a clearance, anyhow developments as such is good, but we have to weigh and have a balance approach for such socio-economic developments vis-a-vis environmental protection.

meron na daw yang ECC parehas...
Though di naman critical ang project, may mga minor issues ang site... Mapuno at ang sabi pa nila ay agricultural ang area... Siguro naayos na din nila ang mga issue. Depende na din un sa compliance nila at sa design kung paano gagawing balance ang development... kahit tayo dito sa SJDM ayaw nating makalbo or ma-pollute ang city...

Araneta Properties is preparing a master plan for the development of a 248.11-hectare property in the city. The major components of the master plan consists of upper-middle to high-end residential lots and townhouses complemented by a leisure center, including a country club, a commercial center and university center. Additional components of the plan are a nature park, corporate business center and mass housing.

San Jose del Monte City is the largest city in the province of Bulacan and enjoys a steady population growth rate of five percent annuallyas many people migrate from the Metro to find more affordable homes.
Araneta Properties is the land owner of 236 Hectares Colinas Verdes by Sta. Lucia...

Every Morning and Afternoon lang pwedeng pumasok sa Colinas Verdes... but i have photos here taken last month...

Ito ung part na lang ang available, phase 1 and 2 ay sold-out na...



Sabi nila golf course daw ang part sa taas...

question lang po, meron po ba restriction sa mga bahay na i-construct dito sa colinas. I mean, meron ba minimum na gasto sa type ng bahay na ipapatayo mo?

Yes, Ang alam ko may choices ka if ano ang design ng bahay mo from their options, pero pag masmalaki ang lupa at mas mahal ang bahay na itatayo mo, you can go with any design pero may restriction pa rin sa theme just like other high-end residential community...

Last time na nagawi ako sa Colinas, parang may community ng illegal settler sa bandang sapa(loob ng Colinas). Meron pa kaya?

If ever na meron, I think, di na part ng Colinas iyon kasi may fence na sila sa buong perimeter along that river... if nakapagtayo sila, that's technically part ng river na di naaabot ng tubig or easement ng colinas from the river.

May mga economic housing naman sa SJDM na mas mura pero di ka parin talo sa location... Nagkalat ang commercial centers and public transportation sa city...

Wala namang price range sa bahay. Ang alam ko lang dapat mo munang ipa-approve sa developer yung design mo. Ang pinakamahigit lang na bilin na BERDE?GREEN ang bubong.

Nasa loob sila ng Colinas malapit sa house sa may pinakabungad. Meron silang bakod na ang labasan ay sa kalsada ng Colinas. Hindi ko kasi nakuha yung street name.

Pero ang hinala ko that time ay family ng mga construction workers sa ginagawang bahay. Sana nga ay wala na dahil mahirap magpaalis kapag tumagal sila doon.

Un din ang napansin ko, green ang bubong ng karamihan ng naunang bahay doon... nasa name na "Colinas Verdes". Pero alam ko may sample units sila na itinayo para pagpilian kung anong design ang gusto ng lot owner...
