They wave for help, but you should never stop. If you stop they will try to sell fake gold rings.

Also one time in Linköping a olive skin guy (gypsy) in a MB coupe (english speaking) tried to sell me a fake Armani suit at the petrol station. I didn't know it was fake but I still didnt buy it because of the whole suspiscious situation.

This is the only forreign plate I saw lately outside a Circus.

Russia, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Germany, Austria have area-codes but not Czech Rep I presume.

As you see the car is imported from Berlin,Germany.

In southern Ontario, the most common non-Ontario plates are these:

That's an interesting sub-question - most frequent non-EU plates in Germany?
IMO, Swiss, Croatian, Bosnian and Norwegian as for passenger cars.
For trucks, you have loads of Turkish, Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian, Moldovan ones.

Czech plates have area-codes. For example A stands for Praha. B for Brno.
The car you saw was from Praha.

In Romania you can see many cars with bulgarian plates...but taxis from Bulgaria are rare.

Today I have seen one taxi from Silistra, BG in Bucharest

Taxis usually go to the airport.

I have noticed recently in Bristol, UK, quite a few cars from Guernsey. Maybe it is because black plates stick out more but there are quite a few for such a small place.

You should have driven south towards Brno. I always see many foreign plates on that road (especially danish, german and swedish ones). But also plates from Russia and other ones from the east.

I can recommend Berliner Ring A10 , and also Budapest ring road.
You can see plates from all of Europe, and sometimes even Asian.

I don't want to see plates all over Europe. I'm all over Europe, that's more than enough.
